PRICING
All our items are priced in Singapore Dollars.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Items ordered together with pre-order items will be shipped together. Please read the ship date before checking out!
SHIPPING
- $5 tracked shipping within Singapore via J&T Express, free shipping on orders over $25 (5-7 Business Days including order processing time).
- $12 flat rate Registered tracked shipping for Malaysia, Indonesia & Thailand orders (14-21 Days via SingPost) ** In view of COVID-19, International shipments will be substantially delayed due to global border closures.
- $18 flat rate Registered tracked shipping for international orders (14-21 Business Days via SingPost)
- Orders will ship within 5 business days once payment has been processed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We don't accept returns or cancellations, but please contact us at dreamdustclub@gmail.com if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of our items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Jewelry (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
- Promo Code Orders
*Conditions of returns:
Items must be in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
Items must be returned within 14 days from ship date, we do not accept any returns/exchanges after.
