PACKAGING

Please note that all packaging currently shown on our website is no longer available.
As part of our closing journey and commitment to reducing excess materials, your items will be packed in a simpler alternative packaging.

PRICING

All our items are priced in Singapore Dollars.

SHIPPING

  • $5 tracked shipping within Singapore via J&T Express, free shipping on orders over $25 (5-7 Business Days including order processing time).
  • $25 flat rate Registered tracked shipping for Malaysia, Indonesia & Thailand orders (14-21 Days via SingPost) 
  • Orders will ship within 5 business days once payment has been processed.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We don't accept returns or cancellations, but please contact us at dreamdustclub@gmail.com if you have any problems with your order.

 Because of the nature of our items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Jewelry (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
  • Promo Code Orders

 *Conditions of returns:

Items must be in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
Items must be returned within 14 days from ship date, we do not accept any returns/exchanges after.
